Last year, Mari Landscaping completed a much-anticipated beautification to the front entrance of the historic Paso Robles Inn. The existing parking spaces were removed to create a welcoming combination of paver pathways and flowering perennials. This magnificent property, maintained by Mari Landscaping, provides a park-like setting, complete with koi ponds, an organic kitchen garden used to supply fresh ingredients to the on-site steakhouse, a wedding lawn, colorful flower beds and more.

Set just off of Highway 46 West in the oak woodland of Paso Robles, this modern yet rustic native landscape was designed by Jeffrey Gordon Smith, and is maintained by Mari Landscaping.

Designed and completed by Mari Landscaping in early 2015, this bold entry landscape renovation completely transformed the look and feel of the recently-updated Inn at the Cove in Shell Beach. Large swaths of blue chalk sticks, New Zealand flax, purple heart, and velvet elephant ear replaced outdated juniper hedges to create a tropical feel without the heavy water requirements, a perfect fit for an ocean-side hotel on the Central Coast.

La Bellasera is an elegant boutique hotel in Paso Robles wine country, and the grounds are maintained by Mari Landscaping. Strong Mediterranean influence can be found in both the architecture and the landscape; olive trees and Italian cypress, roses and vines clinging to stone walls and columns provide an escape to Italy without leaving California.

Mari Landscaping installed this backyard retreat in San Lucas, about 45 miles north of Paso Robles. Decomposed granite pathways wind through the open oak-filled oasis, with Mediterranean climate plants woven in between. Multiple grape-covered arbors provide a shady escape from the summer sun. Many other hardscape elements including paver and flagstone paths, mortarless retaining walls and and railroad tie steps, help create harmony between the built landscape and the surrounding oak woodland.
